Cosmetic changes

I’ve tweaked the MediaShelf script supporting the Devil May Cry doujinshis database to make a few cosmetic changes. I’ve switched out the Silk icons for Fugue ones, since I was getting tired of the Silk icons, and, while looking at the code, I found how to make a little change in the CSS that now makes a book icon appears next to the title of every doujinshi in the various lists and in the breadcrumb menu. The fact that I am excited by this proves that I am a giant nerd.
